但在肯定的祈使句后有時也用“won’t you?”表“提醒對方注意”或表“邀請”。如：Have a cup of coffee，won’t you?
(1)Let's表示說話人向對方提出建議，簡短問句的主語用we表示，問句用shall we或shan't we。如：Let's have a cup of tea,shall we(shan't we)
(2)Let me或 Let us表示聽話人提出請求，問句用will you或won't you.如：Let me have a rest,will you(won't you).
注意：回答Let's～的反義疑問句句型時，肯定時用Yes，let's.否定時用NO，let's not.
(3)其它的祈使句后可以加一個簡短問句，使語氣變得客氣一些.如：Have a rest,will you.
在祈使句后面跟反義疑問句，主要有以下幾種類型：
Keep that door closed,will you?你讓那門關著好嗎?
Serve out the rice,will you?你來給大家盛飯，好嗎?
Drive carefully,won't you?開車要小心些，好嗎?
Come this way,would you?請您走這邊，好嗎?
Open a window,would you?你打開一扇窗，好不好?

用法較復雜，以下幾點需引起注意：
1. 表示“從事”或“正在做”，其后接的名詞通常不用冠詞。如：
但也有少數搭配習慣上要用冠詞。如：
at the desk 在讀書 at the telephone 在打電話
2. 通常表示地點、場所、活動等，通常用漢語的“在”翻譯，但有時它可以表示起點，相當于漢語“從”。如：
Everybody, we begin at page 50 today. 各位，我們今天從第50頁開始。
3. at 可以與“人名+’s”連用，指其家或工作處。如：
We had lunch at Bill’s. 我們在比爾家吃了午飯。
I spent the weekend at my grandmother’s. 周末我是在奶奶家度過的。
I bought some rolls at the baker’s. 我在面包店里買些圓面包。
4. 表示地點時，比較它與介詞 in 的相同和不同之處：有時若不嚴格區別，兩者可以換用。如：
The meeting was held at the hotel. 會議在賓館舉行。
但是，如果我們想到的是位置，一般用 at;如果想到的是空間，一般用in。如：
Let’s meet at the station. 我們在車站見吧。
Nobody was in the classroom. 教室里沒有一個人。
兩者的另一個區別是：較大的'地方用in，較小的地方用 at。如：
at the airport在機場 at the door 在門口
但大小是相對而言的，有時隨著說話者的著眼點不同，大地方也可能用at(即將其視為一個點)。如：
Our plane refueled at London. 我們的飛機在倫敦加油。
5. 表示目的或目標，在某些搭配中，at 往往含有主觀上的不友好意味或惡意;相同情況下，若將at改為to，意思則大不一樣。比較：
The dog came at me. 狗向我撲來。(意即咬人)
The dog came to me. 狗向我走過來。(無咬人之意)
He threw the ball at me. 他把球向我砸來。(意欲打人)
He threw the ball to me. 他把球拋給我。(無打人之意)
